"Start your education and learn from the best. Frank Scoblete and Dominator are the Grand Masters of dice control." -- Dr. Henry Tamburin, Blackjack Insider Newsletter, September 2005

From the Publisher

I have been writing articles and books about casino gambling for over 30 years. When Frank Scoblete first started writing about dice control and the Captain’s and the Arm’s adventures in the late 1980s, I really didn’t believe such a thing was possible. While I respected Frank’s profound knowledge of casino games, I just couldn’t believe someone could control the outcome of his dice rolls.

Boy, was I wrong!

Since 2002, I have been to the craps tables with Frank Scoblete and Dominator over fifty times – and I have seen their skill in action in the casinos. I’ve seen both Frank and Dom have hour-long rolls many times. I have even read the great story of the Captain’s 147-roll hand on the golden touch craps web site and let me say again for all to hear, I believe! I understand how luck can work in casino games but the kind of consistent winning sessions these great Golden Touch shooters have goes way beyond luck. They have a skill that can be used to beat the casinos.

And the remarkable new software product SmartCraps has tested the skill of both these men. The developer of the software, when asked to explain Frank’s talent, said: "It’s godly." And Dominator? "He can get edges on some of the worst bets at the game!"

Dice control is a real skill. Of course, you have to know how much to bet on yourself, what bets to make, and whether to bet on other shooters. All of this information is covered in Golden Touch Dice Control Revolution! With over 90 photographs and clear precise language Frank Scoblete and Dominator will show you what you need to know to create your own Golden Touch.

You know, I wish I had listened to Frank in the late 1980s!

"The Virgin Kiss," the story of Frank's outrageous adventures in and out of the casinos.

Frank grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Our Lady of Angels grammar school. He attended St. John's Prep high school on a full athletic scholarship for baseball and basketball.

Switching directions, Frank attended college on a full, academic scholarship. In college, Frank boxed ("I was pummeled in my last fight. I have no memory of the last seven minutes.") and wrote for the school paper. He majored in history, literature and philosophy.

In 1975, Frank decided to try his hand at acting ("I've always been a ham!"). In 1979, Frank co-founded a professional touring troupe that played dinner theatres, resorts, and charities. From 1979 until he sold his share of the company in 1989, Frank produced, directed and acted in over 50 plays.

In 1986, Frank was researching the lead role for the hit play, The Only Game in Town - the story of a down-and-out gambler in Las Vegas. His co-star was Alene Paone. They went to Atlantic City to research their roles. "I was hooked. I began to realize that I enjoyed the casinos even more than I enjoyed working in the theatre." Alene and Frank toured in the play for four months, fell in love, and married.

In 1989, Frank sold his share of the theatre company and began his career as a gaming writer with articles and short stories for Win Magazine. In the 1990s Frank became a columnist for Casino Player Magazine and Midwest Gaming and Travel.

With the phenomenal success of his first book published in 1991 - which has subsequently become the best-selling craps book of all time - Frank began a successful climb to the top of the gaming mountain. He is now the most well known, respected and sought-after gaming writer and speaker in the country.

He has appeared frequently on television including the History Channel, A&E where his dice control team defeated three casinos in unedited action, also the Travel Channel, CNN, TBS, and the National Geographic Channel, among others. Frank has done hundreds of radio shows throughout the country.

A charismatic speaker, Frank has been featured at many festivals, conventions and schools where he motivates people to get the "winning attitude."

He has also done "Frank Scoblete's Gamblers Jamborees" at many hotels across the country.

He has given talks at bookstores throughout the country, and also at libraries, charitable organizations, at fund-raising activities and at the Learning Anex.

    Great book with great information.

This book needs no intro. Covers the aspects of dice control, trouble-shooting and goes further with some wager tactics. It contains not only the words of Frank Scoblete, but also of other great and known shooters.

The main objective here (obviously) is dice control. But I was actually happy when I saw several wagering approaches. There are books that cost a lot and are about progression build ups on a hot roll. Well, there's a small 6 step 6-8 press that has become a favorite I committed to memory with no question or doubt. A work of art that puts you in a zone of safety after 2 hits on either number.

Not much more to say. It is what it is and you get more than you pay for. The expense is small and can always serve as an excellent point of reference.

Not all the information agreed with other books I read. It did have some good information. If you are not a practiced dice controller you will recognize one and bet with them. Takes a long time to reach the level required to be good at this. still worth the price.

An excellent book on this technique. I met a couple of Golden Touch novices at the Boat last week, and I could see why practice really IS the path to success. I liked the section on budgeting based on skill level. Look. The author says it best, you cannot win real money gaming on "random shooters." No so-called "system" that I've tried really pans-outs in real world. Forget it. Learn Golden Touch. Practice Golden Touch--and make your own cash.

this book shows the best and proven way to get the edge at craps without braking the casino rules , like hitting the back wall. I have seen people throwing good kill shots but it doesnt last long before the pitboss comes to their attention, but with this controlled shot, they cannot say anything, exept if you are too slow setting the dice, that is the only way they can try to set your throw off.The first time played craps using the golden touch, I rolled aprox 60min and made more than $300 bucks in a single roll playing the 6,8 and hardway minimun so imagine the winning posibilities if I were to play more money

If you are an avid craps player like I am, this book doesn't tell you too much you don't already know. Stand next to the stickman, set the dice the same way, throw them softly the same way, hit the same spot everytime, and you have a greater chance at beating the casino. Duh! Easier said than done, and the book does say to practice a lot. That's fine. But the most annoying things about this book are the continuous plugs the buy more stuff! Dan Pronovost's Smart Craps software (referenced 8 times), Golden Touch DVD (4 times),[..] website (13 times), Frank Scoblete's Craps Underground book (6 times) and Beat the Craps out of the Casino book (4 times), among others, PLUS there are 32 pages in the back with ordering information! Call this phone number for the DVD. Need a practice table? Want to attend a Golden Touch seminar? How do I buy Smart Craps? How about Golden Touch Blackjack, Golden Touch Texas Holdem or Golden Touch Video Poker, while we're at it? Need a list of books and tapes by Frank Scoblete? GIVE ME A BREAK!! Since I didn't learn anything while being bombarded with ads, I give this book a solid ONE star.

This is the best book out there to learn how to play craps the right way. It will most importantly teach you how to STOP CHICKEN FEEDING!!!

But make sure you NEVER let anyone at the table know that you read this book. Casino's will give you a TERRIBLE time at the table for knowing this strategy. Trust me on this. DO NOT MENTION THIS BOOK AT THE CRAPS TABLE!!! they don't like it, and will go from being your best friend to the guy that is sleeping with their sister!!!
